Since the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence officially acknowledged the existence of UAPs in 2021, there has been an increasing need for structured policies and protocols to manage these incidents effectively to ensure public health and safety.
UAPMed has published this white paper to facilitate discussion and provide recommendations on incorporating UAP policies and protocols into first responder agencies at the local, state, and federal level. It is intended as a comprehensive guide for first responder agencies, including emergency medical services, on how to develop and implement procedures for handling UAP incidents and health-related effects on individuals.
